The class begins by using the floor as a partner and understanding the principles of fundamental structure of body and functional anatomy. Besides of concentrating on the movement techniques, we will focus on somatic theories, kinetic release works and movement analysis as a guide for our dance class.
We will look into, connections between mind & body, muscles & bones; concerned with breathing, stretching, alignment and the notion of 'relaxation'.
While developing speed and awareness, combinations and movement qualities will be explored in all the levels of space.
And also class aims to develop bodies physical instincts and imagination, and their individual characteristics.
